After using the Fusion Spice Blend I was not that crazy about the Fish Rub but it could be I used too much of the rub. I’ll try again though.

I’ve only used this once so far and got a bit over-enthusiastic so used a bit too much on the baked cod I made. But I love the flavour and will use it next time, just a bit more sparingly.. I’m thinking it will mix in well with batter too if I deep fry the fish.
