It’s like eating out in your kitchen. I bought this spice mix on recommendation from a friend. I love Indian food but struggle with the complex spices involved. This mix is truly amazing! I’ve put it on everything- meat, salmon, grilled vegetables, roast chickpeas- and it works with all of them! I’ll sometimes add a little lime juice or lemon juice to mix it up but it’s pretty much perfect as is! It’s become our go to way to have a quick and delicious weeknight dinner!

I’ve been looking for a good blend of Indian spices ever since I moved from India to the US. This one is just perfect! It’s not very spicy but it has plenty of flavour. It’s super versatile which is what I love. It goes very well with meats and is perfect for when I make kebabs or want some Indian zing to my grilled meat. I’ve even used it as a quick fix to make masala rice with some veggies, and it turns out excellent. If you like your food extra spicy, some chopped chillies or extra red pepper does the trick without killing the flavour of the masala. I almost never write reviews but I had to for this one. I hope this helps satisfy your craving for home masalas like it did for me!
